A UNESCO World Heritage site, the Jantar Mantar is an astronomical observation site. This is the most significant, most comprehensive, and the best preserved of India's historic observatories. It is an expression of the astronomical skill and cosmological concepts of the court of a scholarly prince at the end of the Mughal period.

Find some peace at Royal Gaitor
The royal cenotaphs, just outside the city walls beneath Nahargarh, feel remarkably undiscovered and are an appropriately restful place to visit. The stone monument is beautifully and intricately carved. One of the pink city’s lesser-known attractions, Royal Gaitor demonstrates an impressive use of marble in its exquisite domes and carved pillars and offers panoramic views of the city’s skyline and the majestic Jal Mahal.
